2. **Plan**: Pick Agile or Hybrid, then plan the team, budget and risks. Produces: WBS, RAID log, Capacity plan.
3. **Prove**: Test it with a POC before rolling out to every site. Produces: POC criteria, On-site validation.
4. **Execute**: Run the sprints and work closely with engineering on architecture and APIs. Produces: Sprint reviews, Stand-ups.
5. **Control**: Check the cost, time and people impact of every change before approving it. Produces: Change control, Escalations.
6. **Go-live & support**: Roll out site by site, then support the client through hypercare and handover. Produces: UAT, Hypercare, SLA tracking.
