1. **Discover & define**: Understand what the client needs and turn it into clear, signed-off requirements. (FRD sign-off, Success criteria)
2. **Plan**: Pick Agile or Hybrid, then plan the team, budget and risks. (WBS, RAID log, Capacity plan)
3. **Prove**: Test it with a POC before rolling out to every site. (POC criteria, On-site validation)
4. **Execute**: Run the sprints and work closely with engineering on architecture and APIs. (Sprint reviews, Stand-ups)
5. **Control**: Check the cost, time and people impact of every change before approving it. (Change control, Escalations)
6. **Go-live & support**: Roll out site by site, then support the client through hypercare and handover. (UAT, Hypercare, SLA tracking)
