Electronic City, BangaloreAfter a small break and slowdown last week, I resumed my workouts today (M70: M4W15D40) starting with Cardios followed by few muscle building exercises including abs. Yes, I have started taking protein supplements after workouts, paying more attention to the timing of my meals now. Of course, Books, Internet has helped me gather lot of information to remain on track in achieving my Goal of maintaining a fitter, toned physique.
