Electronic City, Bangalore

Another peaceful and restful day (like Yesterday) away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and busy schedule at work. It was a day completely for myself, my body. MSD had once said “the crucial part of remaining fit, is the rest part, how much rest you are giving to your body matters”. True, indeed.
This evening cooked (in fact, just assisted :P) fist along with my entrepreneur friend and neighbor Dileep Jee.  Bhabhi Jee cooked rice and ‘rotis’ for us. Vegetarian special was mushroom curry exclusively for Bhabhi Jee (She is a Vegetarian). Thoroughly enjoyed the special dinner. Thanks to Dileep and Bhabhi Jee.
Today’s spoon of motivation (title) comes from one of the audio books I was listening to this evening by Mr. Shyam Taneja.
“Regret of the past and Worry of the future are the two BIG time wasters in Life”
                                                                                                                 – Mr. Shyam Taneja.
That’s all for this Sunday. Wishing you a Happy, useful, learning, and a very exciting week ahead.
Until tomorrow, Good Night.Good Bye.
