M70 updates: (M2W4D12) – Did the 1st set of exercises designed by Jack, my Trainer in UK. This included (i) Squat to Press (ii)Toe-Taps (iii) T-shaped press-ups (iv) Clean Press (v) Lateral Raises followed by a little of abs exercises in the end of my 45-50 minutes of workout today. Took a cup of green-tea in the evening, too bitter and tasteless it was.ufffff,,….That’s all from the fitness side for the day.
Moving on, It was a cool day at work and finished one leg of execution successfully for the IS Team. Said Goodbye to Sarla, the Girl I admired in the ongoing project, for her simplicity, she moved back to Hyderabad after her short relocation stint to Bangalore ended today. Further, had nice time chatting, laughing with Abdul and Arumugam, my office-mates. After office, cooked and while cooking watched, the Expendables starring Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham and other big Hollywood stars.
I would like to dedicate this Day to Mr. Chetan Bhagat whose books and quotes has impressed me a lot. Sharing one of his quotes on FB today:
I see guys spending weeks, months trying to make a girl happy. I see girls waiting endlessly for their guys to call. Is that all your life is about? For your lover to validate you? Or to make a relationship work? Instead, why not focus on yourself – working on your goals, learning something, being a more positive person and helping others. That will boost your self-esteem far more than any lover ever could. Next time that guy or girl treats you badly, say thank you. Say thank you for reminding me that I need to make myself the focus of my life, not you.” ………………………Chetan Bhagat

I find it so true in personal aspect. I have spent/wasted lot of time thinking about the opposite sex during school, college and work. Thinking about a person for whom you carry no importance, why waste time and energy, instead focus on self for a better tomorrow, would be more meaningful and purposeful.
That’s all for today.
Good Night
