For each new morning with its light,
For rest and shelter of the night,
For health and food, for love and friends,
    For everything Thy goodness sends.

                                                                             ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

I hope each of reading me today are in the best of your health, doing exceptionally well in your personal and professional lives.  I am here today writing under my daily gratitude pages and that after a long gap is just because of the feel-good e-mail I received from one of my junior but brighter co-worker (Aviroop). The e-mail was titled ‘For a beautiful life’.  In fact, this was one of those e-mails we (fresher batch-mates) used to circulate in our initial year at work. It consisted of some lovely innocent pictures with exceptionally good messages. Among the many that caught my attention was “Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements:  “ I am thankful for…” “Today I accomplished…”. Thank you Aviroop for inspiring me today.

After hectic and marathon sessions at work today, I am here again to express my Gratitude towards the beautiful and enriching day with learnings I just spent.

I am thankful to my sweet parents for bringing me up in this world, I am thankful to GOD for providing life, I am thankful to nature for all its beauty, for the trees, rivers and sky, I am thankful to my family for their love and care, to my co-workers for the trust and respect, and I am thankful to every single human being who crosses my path on any occasion of life for the lessons and experiences I learn from them.

Today, after many days of procrastination and forgetfulness, I gave for Stitching Papa Jee’s new dress wear. Papa and Mommy will be leaving for Chhath celebrations early next week. At work, I initiated and further got the green signal to get the movement of assets to a new location for my fellow colleagues. Thereafter, I inspired my junior co-workers (Roshan, Hitesh, Anik) for better performance at work and got good outcome from them at end of day. I successfully prepared multiple data for on-going Regression Testing at work. Further in the evening, I went along with my other co-workers to see Sayantan at AMRI hospital. He met with an accident breaking his elbow bones. I pray and wish for his faster recovery.

Altogether it was a satisfying day. Thank you God ji for everything.

Lots of Love!
