There are days when you work hard and in return you get to hear you are not working hard enough. This was one such day. Keeping your motivation high through out the day, and all 5 working days is quite challenging.
Anyways, I chose to rest my body this morning after a tiring day yesterday. With some high priority deliverables at work, I would skip the Gym tomorrow as well.This means to meet week’s target of 4 workout days, I will have to go to gym on all the remaining 4 days (including Sat,Sun).
With this, I am retiring to bed now. but before that one cup of motivation:
HARTA JO NAHI MUSHKILO SE KABHI,
JISKA MAQSAD HAI MANJIL KO PANA,
DHOOP MEIN DEKHKAR THODI SI CHHAYA,
JISNE SIKHA NAHI BAITH JANA,
